ALL Bookings Will have to be confirmed by our reservation staff
via email or phone.
What do I need to bring with me?
You will need to bring your full driving license (if you have the
new style photocard license, please bring in both parts) along with
2 forms of identification, which has a matching name and address.
This can be a utility bill, bank statement, etc dated in the last 3
months.
What if I want to add an additional driver?
Additional driver can be added onto the rental, as long as they meet
the rental requirements.
What is included in the price?
All our prices are inclusive of VAT, insurance, collision damage
waiver and unlimited mileage.
What is the excess/deposit on the vehicles?
Deposit/excess is £500 on standard vehicles and £750 on vans.
What endorsements are acceptable, if any?
Endorsement codes starting with CU, PL, SP and MS10, MS20, MS30 are
acceptable. These endorsements within the last 3 years are
acceptable, where there are a maximum of two, and are not
incorporating with offence codes not stated. (Applies to drivers
over 25 only)
We are unable to rent vehicles to any drivers who have been
convicted of a drink driving offence in the last 5 years.
How old do i have to be?
You need to have held your UK licence for a minimum of 24 months
At the start of the hire you will have to be 23 for our cars
(restricted to MINI and COMPACT groups for 23-24 year olds) and 25
for our large cars, 7 seaters & vans.
